If Vodafone broadband is anything like thier mobile phone coverage in my area NR5 9HE, forget it.
If you complain they tell you the mobile mast is awaiting repairs and circa two years later we are still waiting. Now they have replied but want me to contact them on one of three social media sites none of them I use!

Jacob served me in the Norwich branch
Jacob served me in the Norwich branch, he is very knowledgeable and courteous and he solved my issue concerning two cctv cameras that look over fishing lakes by supplying two sim only deals linked to my account. I am very happy to recommend him to solve any issues that you may have.

Great customer service from all employees, but especially Caitlin. She gathered all the information about our phones and plan and helped us decide which one was best for us. And we even got money for the old phone too!

A very polite and attentive member of staff
Emma in the Norwich branch gave great service. She made me feel appreciated and I'd recommend her to anyone like myself who doesn't know much about phones and contracts etc. Very happy with my experience on the whole

SIM issue resolved
Went into store as no access to my mobile data. Tay was excellent- quickly diagnosed the issue was with my SIM, then worked through the Vodafone technical team to resolve the issue. He was very patient, and even took time to review my contract and suggest an upgrade. Absolutely excellent customer service.

Amazing service by Adam!
Me and my partner went into the store to find out about getting us both a new contract.
We were greeted by someone as soon as we entered, who was very friendly and arranged for us to be helped by Adam.
Adam was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He found us a great offer and explained everything clearly, I am a new customer to Vodafone and was very impressed after being with O2 for over 25 years.
Would definitely recommend to friends!
