Stuart and Adam are really helpfull
I have had a few problems and the help and support is fantastic. The two men who I go to are Stuart and Adam and I will recommend them two to anyone. They are so patient with me. I would also like to say that I hope they get the recognition they deserve

Called in to see whether I could…
Called in to see whether I could upgrade my phone due to damage. I was able to upgrade and the process was seamless. Although the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock, I’ve been able to get this the next day.

Sol in the Penrith…
I was served by Sol in the Penrith store. My old phone was dying so I was looking to replace it. Sol went through various alternatives and I chose a Samsung A57 which was in stock. Sol then helped set it up, install the sim and then transfered the data from the old phone. The old phone kept crashing but he got the transfer to work. What a relief. Nothing was too much trouble. SOL WAS BRILLIANT.
