Was welcomed by very friendly staff when entering the store. Was helped by a very friendly and helpful young man (Bobby) he helped me figure out what phone/contact that would best fit my price range. Walked away with a great new phone! very satisfied with my experience! Very pleased to now be a customer with Vodafone.

Came into the store with an issue
Came into the store with an issue , I was unable yo get into my device.
Spoke to Noel and Bobby they managed to sokve thr issue in no time and had a look at my contracts for me as well. Great service !

Excellent customer service
I’ve always been very happy with the customer service in this store, they take the time to explain things and always find you the best deal. Very honest customer service. I was in the store today to renew my contract and my daughter’s, and the staff member Bobby was fantastic. Really friendly, knowledgeable and genuine.

Went in today for some help, Katie was brilliant and fixed my problems, so nice to be able to speak to actual humans and even better ones who are supportive and understanding, was only a small problem with connectivity but she took the time to help me and explain it all 10/10 staff
