Exceptional service
As usual Emma was exceptional I have used this branch for years now due to the customer service. 3 new contracts all processed and completed in 20 mins perfect.

The staff in the shop were understaffed…
The staff in the shop were understaffed however the staff in the shop only being two of them were professional and courteous. I was attended to by Katie who was extremely knowledgable and her bearing was excellent. I had a lot of technical questions which were answered straight away with simple explanations. I would highly recommend this store and Katie to any of my friends. 10/10

What a superstar
Katie was amazing when my mum and I went in to the shop. We had a phone upgrade, airtime update and broadband update. What a pleasure it was to be served by Katie! Definitely a credit to Vodafone
