Just visited the Pontefract store this morning and as usual the staff team are extremly polite and helpful especially the manager Julie who is so perfectly helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Fantastic customer service from Darcy this morning. We had a bit of a challenge renewing 4 separate phones and a new airtime contract but she was very patient and worked out a great deal for us, she's a credit to Vodafone!
