I was initially helped by Will who I cannot fault in any way. I then returned to the store another day to sort my App & Bill out. I was dealt with by another male who so unhelpful and sent me home to sort these things by phoning Vodafone. I got nowhere on the phone so returned to the shop another day and met with Will again. And yet again he was superb. So knowledgeable, calm, friendly, personable, swift and got everything sorted. Brilliant guy!

I was on holiday and decided to see…
I was on holiday and decided to see what offers we available for me to switch from Virgin Media as I was unhappy with their renewal offer , for both broadband and mobile. Nathan could not have been anymore helpful, as someone who finds technical information a struggle, he asked a few questions as to what I use my internet for and mobile and came up with the perfect package. I must admit I did have to ask if it was correct as I did think it was too good to be true! ,it all was. I was also relived not to have to contact Virgin media for the switch as this was also taken care off . The Prestatyn branch were friendly, I actually enjoyed sorting out this chore. Thank you Nathan . Value for money and customer service outstanding 👏
