Came to Preston store as I ordered a…
Came to Preston store as I ordered a device online and had no way to set it up as it was a lot more difficult than what was explained to me on the phone by an advisor.
Ryan handled everything from my old device including my important family photos which I didn't want to lose. Next time I'll come to shop to do my business, guys in store are great.

I went into the Preston Vodafone store…
I went into the Preston Vodafone store to switch to Vodafone broadband and spoke with Jabs, who was very helpful and I told him the plan I was interested in as I had already looked at the plans through the Vodafone app. We sat down and talked and went through all the options to meet my current budget and I switched without a problem. He also checked the second line I have which is my daughter’s and we upgraded her mobile internet on her phone too. The service that Jabs gives in store is why I prefer to upgrade or in this case change my home internet in store rather than doing it all online. If there is a star rating I could give Jabs it would be 5 stars. I will be going back to the store in January when it’s time to look at my phone contract.

Jabbir was my adviser or shop assistant. His customer service was excellent. Very clear in explanation about the gadget. He is very patient and has enthusiasm in his job. I was really impressed . This was the second time I got help from him.

Great experience with Vodafone yet again. Rishi is outstanding and really takes a customer first approach. He is patient and knowledgeable and helped me find the best deal possible. I would recommend coming to this store to anyone and especially would recommend Rishi!
