Visited the romford store and was served by Gary. He was patient and full of knowledge. He really narrowed it down into exactly what I needed in a phone. He also went above and beyond, helped me with my gmail accounts as I'm not tech savvy in the slightest. I left the store having achieved exactly what was needed. Nagma is extremely helpful and personable. She helped me with my son’s sim originally and has helped with the upgrade of our phone plans x 3.
