I attended the Romford branch after placing an incorrect order. Ferit helped me sort it all out there and then. He was so helpful and friendly and assisted me in buying a new device.

Very poor network
Very poor network. Made big mistake switching from o2. They have good customer service, contacted few times and they tried to help as well. However I think in general they have issue with network coverage. They give good offer to join and once you join you suffer till end. I was on holiday straight after taking the contract and lost 14 days peace of mind cancellation.

All of the employees were lovely, in particular Ali who we found very productive and had a wonderful demeanour which was a pleasure to have around and made upgrading phones simple and easy.
