I went to my current provider as my…
I went to my current provider as my contract expired, the prices they were offering me were just way to high.
I popped in to Vodafone Slough and spoke with Ali, he came up with a great deal at the price I was looking for plus a new phone! Very pleased. I asked him about transferring everything over to my new phone as I'm not very techy and he was happy to help by doing this for me.
Ali was patient, kind and polite which has made my first experience with my new supplier a great one, I couldn't have asked for more.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ali, a real asset to your team!
