Stirling Store
We visited today and Alex attended to us. He was very clear at giving us all the options so that we could choose what suited our needs best. Alex was very professional and polite and friendly. Would recommend this store.

Great product knowledge from the young…
Great product knowledge from the young lady who dealt with us today. First class communication skills, lovely friendly manner. Not only did we upgrade a mobile phone but she saved us a fortune on our broadband by switching over to Vodaphone.

Ronnie was patient, competent and not only sorted out our issues but got Vodafone a new broadband customer as we took out a contract with you. Gave us excellent advice on using mobile phones abroad. Full marks.

Vodafone Broadband Switchover
I visited Vodafone in Stirling today and was greeted by a lovely young man named Alex. I explained my broadband situation and he sorted me out with a great two year deal. He was very patient and helpful. Alex also contacted our old broadband provider to save me the hassle of cancelling. Now just waiting for it all to be switched over. Fingers crossed this part is just as easy.

Helpful team members
I had great service from 3 different team members in this store. They were all very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was grateful to be able to sort out my phone contract in person as I find the website process more confusing than it used to be.
Particular shout out to Lindsay, who helped with my trade in. Unfortunately I can’t remember the other team member names.

Came into the store in Stirling expecting the usual off hand experience from broadband retailers. I was really surprised by the level of service that Lindsey gave us. Quick, efficient, everything explained and appointment for installation agreed.

Really friendly, prompt and great customer service
Went in with my neighbour to update the username and email on the account as it was registered under her late husband's name, even though we already contacted Vodafone's bereavement team who didn't update the email.
Lindsey, in store was absolutely amazing and updated all the required details very quickly. She gave us information on broadband , bills and future upgrades as well. Extremely friendly and lovely personality. Really made our experience an enjoyable one.
