Advisor JILANI very knowledgeable
I came in looking to join Vodafone switching from my current provider. I came into Vodafone after my phone was stolen. I was lucky to meet Jilani, he calmed me down reassured me and then went through with some excellent offers with me, I couldn’t be more satisfied, i usually dwell on coming into these stores but Jilani had changed my views on this every Vodafone store needs a Jilani his a god send

I was recently fortunate to stumble upon great customer service by an agent in Vodafone Strand namely - Gulam Jilani. Which I might is very hard to come by deep in London. He was very helpful, insightful. He made my experience with a mobile network very nice which is unheard of. I really appreciate the fact he went out of his way to make sure I leave the place pleased ans happy. I recieved a great plan and package and was very elaborate in explaining how it works. All in all, he was great and the network. I am very thankful to Jilani for giving me the best he could and will pass this experience to my friends and family. Thank you very much Jilani and the Vodafone team. Hope to see you soon with more great offers. Have a pleasant year.
(Only thing I might add would be, if Vodafone gave me a better phone number, I am sure they can do this)

I was being seen by Gulam very quick to act and has excellent customer service. I’m new in town and had asked Gulam to show me Moxi hotel he went out of his way to guide me and did not hesitate to help. Great service.
