Today I went to the Thurrock Lakeside…
Today I went to the Thurrock Lakeside Vodafone branch and was served by Maz, he was really friendly and welcoming and did everything he could and more to get me the best deal on my new phone. He even helped to re contract my WiFi and saved me a lot of confusion and trouble! All in all his customer service was 10/10 and I will be definitely going back to him in the future.

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Lakeside and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained all my options clearly and patiently—no pressure, just genuine support.
Maria went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly before I left the store. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you get customer service that feels both personal and efficient, but Maria delivered on both fronts.
