We visited Vodafone Lakeside, with the intention of receiving information and perhaps buying an iPhone. We were immediately greeted by Alia. During the conversation with her, she showed professionalism, presenting us with all the possible options and gave us the chance to choose the most convenient product for us. She also showed that she is very well trained and takes her job very seriously. A jovial employee with a wide smile that makes you come back to the store with pleasure.

I visited the Vodafone store at the…
I visited the Vodafone store at the beginning of the month and had such a lovely experience thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
Not only did she help me set up my phone quickly and efficiently, but she also went the extra mile and sorted out a SIM card for my laptop as well. Everything was explained clearly, and she made the whole process feel effortless.
We even had such a nice conversation about uni, which made the visit feel personal rather than just transactional. Maria is simply amazing — professional, kind, and truly cares about her customers. Thank you again!

I came into store to upgrade my contacts. Tanzeel was my assistant he organised my contract and said it will take 5 months I said to him I have a problem with my email. I’ve been having trouble with singing into it. I said no one can fix it. I gave it to him and he fixed it for me I was so happy that I could kiss him. Great service you shine proud to have him working for you.

Maz was very wonderful and helpful, I honestly came into to leave and request a pac code, however he was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service
Been into the store a couple of times as I was having issues with my SIM card. The store manager Sam and his colleague Maddi were extremely helpful. Both were incredibly patient in explaining Vodafone’s pro broadband bundle which I happily purchased as a result. Will definitely recommend!
