Spotless clean, nice and cool on a hot day.
I come every month for my top up bundle.
Always greeted with joy, immediately informed about any waiting time if any.
Shout out to Alex which has great positive energy and his customer service skills are one of the best I ever met in a Vodafone store.
If he is in the store I know for sure that everything will work smoothly.

Had a great experience today in Vodafone Tunbridge Wells branch. I visited to upgrade my google pixel 7pro to a Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra and couldn't be happier with the experience. Store was clean, bright and easily accessible.
I was assisted by Alex, who provided insightful advice, in-depth explanations, honest reviews of the product and no question was too much. Alex truly went above and beyond with customer service, and this type of experience is why I have been a customer of Vodafone for well over ten years now, with all intentions to keep it that way.
Thank you Alex and Vodafone Twells, from a very happy customer who will certainly be back.

I took my mum out to the Tunbridge Wells shop because we couldn't work out what she'd done with her whatsapp. The younger guys there are always patient and explain everything to both of us.
