I've only been with vodafone a month…
I've only been with vodafone a month now and i'm already looking to switch to another provider, went to vodafone shop to top my mobile up only to be told by an employee that they don't top up in store and told me to go buy top up voucher from a shop, not having this, i need a mobile network provider i can count on.

Disgraceful Service For Elderly Customers
Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a girl called Yasmin. Very rude towards me and my mother, had no interest in helping us. My mother is elderly and her phone was not working correctly.
The girl had clearly been smoking marijuana, she looked stoned and the unmistakable smell was clearly coming off her. Should not be allowed around the public like that, not a good look for your business. Would put zero stars if it allowed.
Had to go to Vodafone in White Rose to get some proper service

My husband and myself visited store to upgrade to new iPhone17’s and were helped by Jake, who came across from Manchester store to support the Wakefield branch near Trinity Walk. What a pleasant experience! Jake seamlessly processed our 2 deals in an hour, clearly explaining all the deal options, competently using the systems and processing payment with ease, all with a smile and utmost professionalism.

My husband and I visited the Vodafone store in Wakefield (near Trinity Walk) to upgrade to new iPhone 17s and were looked after by Jake, who had come across from the Manchester store to support the branch. What a pleasant experience!
Jake seamlessly processed both of our upgrades within an hour, clearly explaining all the available options, using the systems with great efficiency, and handling everything with ease. His professionalism, clear communication, and positive attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable.
