Karl was awesome, best customer service i have ever recieved. An absolute credit to the store. Will be back for some more excellent service. George too gave excellent what a pair of legends.

Yasmin dealt with me today! I had no idea what phone to get but she asked me many questions to establish I got the right phone. She simplified everything for me and had great customer service! We had a great chat and made me feel at ease. Thankyou yasmin :D

This is a really bad company.Everything…
This is a really bad company.Everything you can imagine what can be wrong is wrong with them.
Their speed is awful and keeps dropping.You cannot work from home if you do.The signal wont come to next room or upstair.
There customer service is very poor.Their AI bot will take ages to pass it on to customer service advisor.
Take out atleast hour and half if you want to speak to anyone.
I am not sure how they will survive in this fast paced world

Went into my local store to get assistance reporting a lost phone. Karl, the assistant was so patient and so helpful, assisting me on the phone with the customer services team. His help alleviated my anxieties and resolved my problems
