I just want to say thank you to…
I just want to say thank you to Vodafone Wakefield, you really did make things easy for my mum when trying to sort her a new plan out. We didn't need a new phone we just wanted a better value sim only and that's what we got. Dan was very helpful and explained everything to my mum so she could understand what she was getting rather than like the other shops telling her what would be best for her. Thanks again.

Daniel was fabulous!
I visited the Wakefield branch at 5pm yesterday, the branch closed at 5:30 so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get sorted! My partner had his phone stolen so was a very stressful day and we needed to get a new sim and phone due to my partner having his own business. Despite numerous technical difficulties and the systems not being on our side, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure I left with a new phone! Cannot thank him enough, his customer service was amazing and rare to come by these days! He stayed until 6pm when he was supposed to leave at 5:30, I really appreciate this and the effort he put in to ensure the order was complete. So thank you Daniel!

Moving old phone number onto new contract
Karl was amazing! I had been trying to sort this out for months by calling Vodafone and even emailing a complaint and didn’t get it sorted until today. Karl and a lady from customer services were able to sort this out over the phone no problem. Thank you so much, appreciated massively!

Wonderful service from Yasmin
On my recent visit to wakefield vodafone shop i had a wonder experience with a young lady call Yasmin , she was very friendly and knowledgable and helped me with my all my queries about my mums contract and what was the best options for her as she is elderly and not very knowledgable about phones. I would defiantly use the Wakefield store again.

Karl was brilliant today and helped out my parents . I will be back at the end a the month with my daughter to see him and get his help with my daughters phone. He was on the phone to customer service for over an hour. It's been a good few hour he was very patient with us all absolutely fantastic service x

best experience
This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a phone. Karl was very informative and a answered all the questions I had. He also gave me great advice on choosing my phone. I will definitely be back and I will be telling my friends and family about my great experience.
