Outstanding service from the Vodafone team member- Hash who helped me and my fiancée. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us get the best deal possible. He took the time to compare all the available options, explained everything clearly without any pressure, and found us SIM deals that were better than anything we’d found elsewhere.
It’s rare to come across someone who is both honest and willing to go the extra mile for customers. He made the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable, and we left knowing we’d made the right decision. Without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I recently moved over to Vodafone with two SIM cards and one broadband package, and I’d like to give great feedback for Steph. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
Steph was friendly, patient, and very professional. He clearly explained all the options, made sure everything was set up correctly, and ensured the transfer was smooth and hassle-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident in my decision to switch.

Went into Vodafone White City today to…
Went into Vodafone White City today to replace a SIM card and upgrade my phone. Stephane served us and was extremely helpful, he helped us to get an amazing deal on an iPhone 7 pro max including a Samsung tablet and saved us lots of money. He made the entire experience easy and relaxed for us and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend coming here to upgrade or get a new phone and if you do ask for Stephane.

Steph was excellent at the Westfield store. He gave me knowledgeable advice and took the time to find me the best plan and options, and made the process smooth and easy. Amazing Service and Expert Advice from Joshu
I visited the Vodafone Westfield West London branch yesterday to renew the SIM I had lost, and I was assisted by Joshu and his colleague Maria. Joshu, the Retail Advisor, provided exceptional service from start to finish. I initially planned to get a simple replacement SIM, but he took the time to explain the Black Friday device deals in detail and helped me compare the benefits of each package.
His knowledge of Vodafone plans, devices, and cost-effective options was truly impressive. Thanks to his clear explanations and friendly approach, I felt confident in choosing the most economical package for my needs.
Both Joshu and Maria were professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them. Excellent team!
