Danna gave the best experience
Danna was very helpfull.
Anything that she could do to help she did.
She explained my whole contract clearly and resolved all my questions and queries.
Walking into Vodafone I felt confused and after sitting with Danna she made my mind feel at ease in this day and age of having to do most of the work with customer services she explained everything so well and was a pleasure to talk to.
I will always go and see her in store if I have to resolve anything further. Thank you

Exceptional Help
After having months of problems over the phone with Vodafone customer services, I decided to take my issue into store to try get help.
We were greeted by Danna, who helped us in great depth, explaining the issue in full and writing down notes as we spoke to the customer services together on the phone. Not only did she help with sorting the problem, but she documented and provided me with step by step notes and proof of progress. She was calm and patience and was very welcoming. I want to emphasise how helpful she was, thank you
