I'm afraid I made a bit of a mess out of my Control&Limits menu on my Vodafone mobile app, trying to bar Premium Rate charges on Calls&Texts. There were a good number of staff which meant I was seen within a very short time. Sadat sat patiently with me while I showed him screen shots of the problem, listened as I described the problem and took the time to slow down, show and give an easy to understand explanation of what he is doing to fix the problem. Many many thanks. It was far more appreciated than than he could possibly know. I am an older, 54 year old woman with Asperger's and navigate through life while trying to catch up with tech talk and do so find the whole experience of getting myself into store so completely overwhelming, never mind comunicating effectively and efficiently. Thank you so much for the patience, understanding and kindness shown.

“Great customer service experience today”
Went into the store this afternoon with an issue regarding an old Spotify plan that was still linked to my account. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — with the support of another team member, everything was sorted within 10 minutes. They were approachable and made the whole process really easy. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but if you’re reading this, you’ll know who you are — thank you for the great service!
