Top notch customer service
Dylan was absolutely amazing this morning. Helped out with all the issues with my online account and helped me upgrade my watch, which I'm extremely happy with. Would recommend this store. One of the best I've dealt with.

Please do not purchase this wifi brand. Since we joined vodaphone my phone has been experiencing extreme faults such as screen freezing or the frames on the phone lagging behind. I generally don't get more than 2 bars even when inside the house. As I play video games on my television the wifi increases its potential and games glitch and sway on my screen as I try to enjoy myself. Games with guns don't shoot for me and with balls, they fire off at random angles and even if I have clearly hit it one way it sometimes appears on the complete opposite side of the pitch. All in all bad brand as I have now found it was voted 2023 worst wifi brand in England; I regret using this brand. Don't use and steer clear!

Excellent customer service from Elliott. He went above and beyond to try and solve damage to my property following poor installation. 191 didn't want to know initially until he got involved.

What a positive experience!
The assistant manager Jomil could not have been more helpful and personable. We went in knowing roughly what we wanted. He understood perfectly what our needs were and provided us with loads of useful information and what we see as an ideal package. He spent a long time with us, including after hours, all with with a smile and kind chitchat. A great experience when switching provider. He is a great asset for Vodaphone.
