I purchased my phone from Katie last year and due to professionalism and kind nature I went back and she sorted my roaming package out for me and even transferred me from sky to Vodafone for the Internet. She was fantastic really helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and wasn't judgemental. Fantastic sales . I will be going back and look forward to my faster Internet. Both Kye and Jas was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They were both friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and we really appreciated the support and patience shown to us.
