We visited the Wolverhampton store and were helped initially by Katie, she was very knowledgeable and polite, we had to return to the store again and both Katie and Jack made out visit very welcoming, we achieved everything and remained with vodafone for another three years with contracts, a big thank you to them both.

Visited Wolverhampton store on Saturday, was served by Katie who was most helpful with sorting out our Broadband and also an update for my phone quite quickly. Katie was very pleasant and friendly and very helpful.
