Very good service and assistance from Jen, went through multiple sim only and device options with me to find the best option for me and my usage! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

A friendly service from the representative in the wythenshawe shop.
We're very helpful he checked my data usage and realised I don't need unlimited, he gave me a lower option as i dont with sim only and entertainment saving me £26 per month.

Great service, greater staff
The lads in store today, were unbelievably helpful, they made the service unbelievably easy. So accommodating. I came in wanting an upgrade from my sim only to a phone contract again and wanted to add a watch to my plan. The lads apologised the minute I got in there and told me a wait time of 5 minutes. Completely made it worth it. They were welcoming and made the change in service so so easy, extremely polite lads
