A problem with two walking sticks wasn’t resolved at all, the company claiming contact allergy from possibly toxic materials in the foam grip isn’t their problem nor responsibility.

Ordering was quite difficult as what I wanted I couldn’t see and nowhere to say what I wanted! Not a stick but the attachment lip to hold the stick to a table. Ingenious device, yet so simple ! Delivery speedy thank you.

Poor Customer Service
Ordered a walking stick and a replacement ferrule as I knew I would have to shorten the stick. The webpage stated a 13mm ferrule required. On arrival it became clear that it actually needs a 19mm ferrule. I have been trying to return the 13mm ferrule for two weeks now but getting no response from the help centre.
