I did have an issue with the third…
I did have an issue with the third stick I ordered from Walking Sticks (however, no issues with my previous two sticks that would have required the help of Customer Services),as stated in a previous review, so I won't repeat here. But after posting a negative review, they did get back to me and resolve the issue by sending me two replacement ferrules free of charge. Many thanks. Greatly appreciated...

Ordered a pair of walking sticks for my wife same order no for each as you have to order a left one and a right one but when they came they were different shades of Blue when speaking to them they said they could not pick 2 the same colour.Would never use this company again ,
