I must thank Ann McDonald and the team who went over and above from the 1st viewing to the completion.
Ann, was excellent with dealing with the pro-bate of the property which made it stress free on my behalf.
The communication was excellet.
I certainly would recommend Ann and Ward of Barnehust.

In what was a tricky and drawn out move process, Rachael (and Emma in Rachael’s absence) of Wards was a shining light and the only true professional we worked with throughout the process. I don’t think we would have made it without her support. We are truly grateful in Rachael’s assistance in getting us into our home.

Emily has been amazing so far with our experience with Wards as first time buyers we are new to everything so can be a bit scary! But Emily has made this process a lot less scary! , communication is amazing always keeping us in the loop with what is going on and making sure we understand everything! Wards of Eynsford were fantastic during our purchase of a property from them. They were super helpful accomodating viewings, negotiations with Shannon, and pushing for completion. Specifically Judy, she was amazing at keeping me updated as well a support system. Louisa is also so wonderful and helpful; they are a fantastic team.

The girls at the Rainham office in Kent were very nice and helpful Natalie, Judy, Alison, summer, they went above and beyond with the sale of my house etc.

After a fairly lengthy purchase process full of complications, we were eventually connected with Emma Penfold as our sales progressor. She stayed on top of everything, helped move the process forward and connected the right people to get around all of the hurdles we had to deal with. She helped turn what was a stressful expereince into a success.

Absolutely brilliant, gave us loads of time and help. Rachael Ruocco-Buchanan was perfect such a lovely person and helped us all the way would definitely use them again.

We recently used Wards in Faversham to market our home for sale. The whole process was very smooth and handled professionally. Prospective purchasers were found within two weeks of going onto the market, and the after sales progression was very efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving in the area.

I have tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and who are moving out of one property I own into another. This required releasing the deposit on the first property to make it available for the second. It transpired that the release request had been sent to the wrong email address and this was the reason for them not having received it. With only 3 days until they moved into the new property and need the deposit, we called to see if we could chase it up. I spoke to Sangeetha who quickly grasped the problem and contacted both her accounts team, the tenant and myself and managed to quickly resolve the issue and get the deposit to the tenants on time. We are all very grateful to her and thank her for her speed and professionalism.

Looked a 5 homes with David shaw.
He was so helpful, kind courteous and really understood our needs. So much so that he threw in a wildcard to our viewing’s that was the best of the five homes visited.
Would recommend David’s service.

My experience with Wards staff has been very positive, in particular Emily Boyle, Senior Lettings Manager who helped me navigate through the administrative maze that is entailed in renting a property.

I found all the staff very helpful and got back to me quickly when I left messages, but the best person for me was Maria Meddings as she acted as a go-between me and the buyers solicitor which made things a lot easier and if it wasn't for her I don't think the completion would have happened. She was very kind, thoughtful and very helpful in everything. Five out five.

We used Wards - purchasing via Deal, thankyou to Lauren & her team who were fantastic, the sales progressor Amanda went above & beyond in particular. We sold via Dover, thankyou to Greg & the team. It did take a long time to find buyers for our house but it wasn’t for lack of trying from Wards, we were kept updated regularly & we never felt like the enthusiasm had gone. What raised our opinion of Wards in Tenterden was the involvement of Rachael Ruocco Buchanan. She was very professional and kept us informed without any need to prompt her. She clearly understood the challenges with our particular purchase, and whilst working hard for the vendor helped coordinate all parties priorities efficiently.
