Very simple transaction, watch as described and went above and beyond to sort out an issue with it.

Service is second to none.

Following on from my review below, I recently found a cosmetic blemish on the watch which I had recently purchased. I informed Charles who immediately said to send it back to him and he very swiftly got the watch looked at and the blemish removed. Thanks must go to Charles for the speed and quality that this was dealt with, as I now have the watch back after less than two weeks.

Charles makes a bold claim of being able to find any watch, I put that claim to the test.

I just wasn't expecting him to find the watch, a vintage divers watch the very same day.
