incorrect delivery made but payment taken. although incorrect product returned 8 weeks ago, refund still not provided.

We are still waiting for a back order item to arrive, it took several phone calls to get this information, but still we have been offered no lead time, and the company have emailed to ask for payment, even though our order was paid by Mastercard and part-shipped.

Don't have engineer availability for warranty call outs. Estimated 2 months to fix their faulty tap.

I places an order and no one called to notify me that my item was out of stock. I even phone to check my delivery time! I wasn't notified of my item being out of stock until i chased the delivery after a week! Then i had to chase a response to get a refund.

Item shown Online as in stock. Payment taken and then advised the appliance was not available for dispatch which delayed our Customer's expectations. However, the after sales team were very attentive in attempting to offer alternative options, price matching and keep us update on the status of the Order until availability.

My item was not delivered, it appeared that the 'warehouse' neglected to put the correct delivery address on the despatch note. I was asked twice to pay for my order, despite having a receipt sent at time of purchase. I emailed accounts immediately and received no response from them. When I went on live chat (could not get through using generic number) I found her to be quite rude. I do have a transcript of this conversation. They left me for 20 minutes without a response when we were trying to get to the bottom of why it had not been delivered correctly, and when they came back on line they ended the chat. In the end I had to telephone the sales desk team leader to resolve the situation.

I ordered one style of Mains water Plumbed and got sent Bottled Water Coolers. Rang them and didn't get anywhere had to re ring only to be told we didn't have the one you wanted so sent a alternative.

Fantastic service super fast delivery toi

A Tuesday order was placed with a 1-2 business day delivery. This came and went. Following monday an email to the company was answered that the delivery would be completed by the end of the week. On Friday call to the company as no delivery had arrived told us that the items hadn't been dispatched as they weren't in stock and still had a potential two week lead time.

We would have preferred honesty up front in a sold out on the website, or failing that immediate contact that there would be a delay to the items as this could've been dealt with more effectively on our end and would've led to us not having to refund the order and purchase elsewhere.
