New front door
When we originally enquired, we already had a pretty good idea from the website of the door and options we wanted - being able to build and visualise it online was really helpful; great website.
The sales dept then went through all the details very thoroughly and explained the whole order and installation process, so we knew exactly what to expect, all of which turned out spot on. And we never felt pressured - even being told we wouldn't need to pay the balance until a few days after fitting to make sure we were satisfied, was reassuring.
The project manager kept us informed with the process as the door was being manufactured, and the fitter, got in touch as soon as things were ready.
The installation process was great - the fitters were punctual on the agreed date, and fitted the new door in super-quick time. They took away the old door and left everything clean, neat and tidy for us.
The quality of the door is excellent - it has certainly enhanced the appearance of our home, and feels really secure and sturdy.
Overall great value for money, and a smooth process from start to finish; a great team effort!
We would certainly recommend 'We Do Doors' to anyone who wants a new door!

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept in formed by company and fitter. Fitter Kallum was excellent did a first class job. The quality of the doors is very good better than I expected.Ordering was very easy on the internet.

This is the fourth front door I’ve had…
This is the fourth front door I’ve had from We do doors. One of them was a complicated double with window surround. It’s been a great experience every time. This particular door I’ve bought this time is beautiful and my favourite. There great pre contact communication, step by step payment, and the last payment only when you’re happy. Multi locking and approved construction with highest grade insurance locks, spy holes, thumb turns for quick exit by order. Fantastic

The experience was very good from start…the experience was great from start to finish
The experience was very good from start to finish, although all phone and internet based we got exactly the door we wanted at a very good price. Everyone we dealt with from the sales team to the chap that measured the door frame to the fitter they were all very professional and courteous. Would recommend and we love the new door it looks great.

After thorough researching various door…
After thorough researching various door installation companies ,I was glad to have come across “ We Do Doors”.
Helpful team on hand from day one . As they are based in Scotland , I was happy to wait Slightly longer for the door to be manufactured // delivered . Upon delivery down to Surrey , Rod ( installation professional ) was in contact giving me the Next day a Slot to come and complete the job . My beautiful red door
I ordered a composite door with We Do Doors, at a very reasonable price, for supply and fit. Communication was great throughout. When my door was fitted there was a manufacturing issue with the mechanism, thanks to my Fitter Steve, who over-checked it and found the fault. It only took two days for a new part to arrive and Steve came out the same day and completed the job. The whole experience was professional and the agents very courteous and on the ball. Highly recommend!!

I purchased my front door through WDD a year ago and had such a great customer experience that when the time came to replace my back door there really was no competition.
Their service - from quote, to fitting, to payment - is excellent; not pushy, just honest, helpful and friendly.
