It's a bit odd to be reviewing my door now, as it was fitted 8 years ago. The first thing to say is that it still looks fantastic after all this time. It has needed virtually no maintenance in all that time and the mechanical parts are still great. The reason for reviewing now is that the weather bar got damaged when someone was delivering a bulky item to my house. Even after all this time we-do-doors were able to send me some touch in paint do make good the damage. Exceptionally helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

To start, I am happy with the final product, and I made this clear. And the staff were great (Sam and Jake) What I am unhappy is the lack of recognition of the customer with this online business. Bottom line a door that was supposed to cost me £2000.. Cost me £2750.. And was 2 weeks late.. Due to their business error..

So basically.. The day before the fitting of the door (that was booked 2 weeks earlier) .. I had a phone call at mid day to say there was an error and the door had not been shipped from scotland.. (I had lined up plasters, tilers, decorators the next day that I would have to pay for…..) I asked for the door to to be shipped overnight to mitigate this issue, and the fitter was available. (they wouldn’t do) I asked if they ship in the following days.. But they wouldn't book the fitting as the fitter wasn’t available.. And wouldn’t find another.. so I had to pay the consequential cost (£850)for the trades following there error in door delivery.. And had to wait a further 2 weeks.

So we discussed there error, which they admitted.. and they offered me £100.. And nothing further.. As i wanted them to recognise the value of the error to me the customer.. I didn’t ask them to cover my costs. Just recognise my satisfaction with a reasonable offer..

Bottom line.. Use a local Buisness and a Buisness that values customers satisfaction. And keep using Trustpilot and Google review to enable customer to understand what you are signing up to.

Helped me place my order for a new front door making sure I had covered everything.
Then sent me a picture of what I was ordering. Then kept me up to date with the manufacturing and through quality inspection to the fitting date.

From the outset, We Do Doors were fantastic. Kerrie helped me understand the quote and payment options. We had to initially park the quote until my finances were in better shape but easily revived it once we were ready.
The install was carried out by a local contractor who did a fantastic job. It may only be a garage side door but it's allowed my family to be in the garden safely.
I cannot recommend this business enough.

Easy order process. Good value. The fitter, Mark, was superb. Smashing chap and did a great job. Left the job spotless. A credit to we do doors. Would highly recommend.

Had a door fitted just over a year ago and started having a problem with the lock. Great service from we do doors lock was fixed same day as reporting problem

I had a new front door fitted in January but waited a few months to see how it held up against the cold, heat and rain. Have been very pleased. No leaks, it doesn't stick at all and it far more secure than my old door.

Very helpful friendly staff. I was kept updated through the process of buying and having the door fitted. The door looks great, Danny did a fantastic job fitting it.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Designed the door online and had it confirmed via a phone call. Staff very polite and helpful and kept in contact throughout. Fitter Carl and his mate arrived on time and was quick and efficient.Old door taken away and all rubbish removed from new door fitting. Wouls highly recommend for a quick and seamless proccess throughout.

And a really professional job in Chris the fitter who installed them.
The quality of both doors are just exceptional great quality.
I would highly recommend we do doors to anyone who wants a hassle free experience well done to everyone.

I can thoroughly recommend We Do Doors. The product i purchased was a composite door and frame, supply only for me to install myself. The door was delivered in perfect condition, well packaged and protected. i found it to be a good quality product, and it was delivered, well within the timescale that i was given.
I had a few calls from Craig who was very helpful and took my order and double checked my door info that i had supplied. Craig also kept me in the loop with production times,progress and a delivery date. Greg the delivery driver messaged me the evening before delivery day to give me a time slot which he delivered. i have now installed the door it looks great and i am really pleased. Thank you Craig and the team. Excellent Job done!

From first call of contact to the fitter Paul , fitting today , the experience has been a pleasure. Regular updates on door manufacturing, then inspection, transportation down to local tradesman and the door transformed the look of my home. Excellent servicev

Had two doors fitted by Christopher Wallace last April and am so pleased with them . The rubber at the bottom of the back door came loose and I emailed we-do-doors to explain. I received an email the very next day to say they’d contact Christopher and he called me the next day and came out and fixed it . First class service from both Ryan and Christopher . .. thank you

Great service, ordered the door online and got a call from Craig the next day to go over all the details to make sure everything was correct. Door arrived quickly roughly 5 weeks and was well protected. Got a follow up curtesy call from Craig a few weeks later asking if everything was ok and he helped me out with an issue with handle. Overall cant fault the service and the door was good quality and competitively priced, and Craig was excellent to deal with, I would definitely use we-do-doors again.
