They offered me the highest quote out of all companies. I sent the phone off in the prepaid packaging at 5pm on Thursday and had received confirmation by 3pm the next day I would be receiving the full price quoted with money paid before 5pm - amazing service!

I can’t rate this company highly enough.
After searching through loads of phone selling companies to sell my old cracked phone. After reading the reviews on trust pilot for other companies it appears they give a lot lower than the agreed quote. However this company quoted me the exact amount I received which I was super happy with.
Really easy to sign up and they sent the package which I send my phone in really quickly with post office label with it. I received an email a few days later and received the money in my bank account the same day.
Will be recommending this company to everyone.

What an amazing experience, they quoted a price, received the phone and paid the money the same day, everything they said they would do. This was not the experience I had with another company who tried to drop the price by a significant amount of money.

Really quick process , applied online on Saturday. Freepost envelope and packaging arrived on Tuesday , sent Tuesday afternoon , they received the phone on Wednesday checked it and sent payment which was what they had quoted online by the end of the day .

They promise a price for a broken…
They promise a price for a broken handset then mark down a working one because it has a beta OS and cracked back glass (which was in the criteria for the broken handset price) there is no raising a dispute in this either take it or leave it. They estimate a much higher price than they will ever offer due to the fact I had a working device and I put it in the broken category due to the damage on the back. The apple beta OS doesn’t change the value of the device either.
