Poor Customer service
Customer and pre-sales service non existent.
I purchased some items from this place last year. All good. It's cheap and cheerful but works OK for my needs. But now I need to purchase an extension.
You cannot get hold of this company. I have emails, written via ebay (they answered once but when i asked for clarity, ignored me). If you call them, you will get an AI assistant who will put you through to a line that will not answer.
Buyer beware - if something goes wrong with your order, you'll have a heck of a time getting any reply.

Very poor quality star light curtain
Very poor quality star light curtain. The light stopped working after using it just once, and the controller also stopped functioning. The material of the curtain is extremely cheap and not durable at all. Completely disappointed with this purchase.

I needed the balloon arch frames urgently and emailed to ask if my order could be shipped quickly - it was mailed out within the hour, and I received it the very next day! Really impressed with the fast response and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering from Wedding Mart again.
