Overall experience is not great as even with free shipping if a return is done, you deduct delivery charges. That has never been the case with Amazon or other companies.

Fast delivery! Ordered on Tuesday at midnight and heavy parcel delivered by Thursday morning. Incredibly fast delivery for large item of three pipe and drape arches. Thank you! And the quality is superb. Will definitely use you again.

Never received my order
Never received my order, No way of getting through to anyone. I don't even know why they have a phone number on their site. Also had a previous bad experience with this company, should've learnt my lesson the first time.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Upon checking we have seen the courier has attempted delivery twice before holding this into their local depot. The tracking also shows you advised the courier to collect. We sent tracking details both via registered SMS and email addresses which is easy to track. Absolutely stunning easy to put up especially love the adjustable heading loops that glide along made everything so easy.
Yeh, love it.. you wanna see them at night in the moonlight they just sparkle and shine, absolutely gorgeous if your a magpie like me.
