Fantastic pharmacist, listen attentively to my current symptoms while linking past health conditions with new medication. I’m very happy with how he treated me as this service has not happened before. Keep him in your service he's a definite keeper. He knows his work and I think he like to help people.

I was seen by a physician associate and she was really good and thorough.

Angelica Wynter was fantastic.
She was very compassionate and worked hard to understand my situation. I felt moved with the care she showed me. I cannot, and would not wish to, find fault with her proffesionalism.

Very good and nice. One thing though after the consultation while I was waiting in the lobby she came in to ask me some more personal health questions which I did. Not find comfortable answering in front of other people

I visited the GP on the 8th of October about my knees. finally, I was referred to an MRI scan by miss Whitney after being seen by many doctors and went on physiotherapy for few months and guess what the MRI scan confirms a common finding of meniscal tear/damage and then have been referred urgently to the Orthopaedic doctors
now at least I know what's wrong with my knees after a long time of pain
Miss Whitney listened patiently to my concerns and checked my knees very well
she paid a lot of attention in both appointments
she was so nice to me
many thanks to you and to the senior who approved the referral
I would like to thank the staff at reception, they are always so nice, patient and friendly

I was today (2/11/2024)for the first time in this GP ( greeb lanes) I am very positively surprised, the nurse named M…the little lady was so nice that I had tears in my eyes. the way she was looking after me was unbelievable.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reassuring advice delivered professionally and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions.

The reception staff was inpatient and not very friendly. The clinician that I saw was not even looking at me and was not interested. I had an appointment for ECG referral. Two weeks later I called hospital to finding that my referral was never sent. I spoke with practice and they didn’t even apologise for not sending it. Very poor service.
On the positive side the lady on the phone when I called to make an appointment was nice and supportive

The place was new and very clean.
Doctor was very nice, she gave details quit clear and easy to understand .

She paid a lot of attention, she made feel very comfortable and I felt like she was doing a very good job.

Whitney was lovely and thorough and I felt she really listened to me.

The diagnose was it will go away by itself most of the time!
Secondly I was promised further information and a link to a referral form to a physiotherapist, I still haven’t received anything. Although I had provided my newest mobile number.
Every time I go to the GP there is no proper communication and follow up.
