Absolutely fantastic company from start…
Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. A couple of windows in our conservatory that they installed a few years back unfortunately blew. After a couple of emails everything was sorted and within a couple of weeks new window units installed. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, can't rate them highly enough.

I had a problem with one of my windows…
I had a problem with one of my windows not opening and shutting properly. So i rang up and spoke to a lovely lady and explained. She got someone to come and sort my problem out within about 4 weeks. He came out and sorted it out for me. Which I was very grateful for.

Excellent Service
I am extending the back of my house. Megan Watson is my primary contact. Everything proceeds smoothly, from the initial site survey to developing the design and quotation.
Megan is very patient, helpful, and an excellent communicator. She explains things clearly and provides information that makes it easy for me to understand the quotation and layout.
The contract is now signed, and I am currently waiting for the surveyor and installation team to get in touch.

We purchased French windows to be installed into a wall where there was no window or door. Both the workmen and installation teams were friendly and clean, leaving no mess. The engineer who came out when the door had dropped was quick at fixing the issue. Would 100% recommend. One happy customer

Highly recommend
This is the second time I have used them. This time I needed scaffolding put up to reach over my conservatory. It was no issue, easily arranged and sorted by West Yorkshire windows. Excellent quality products, excellent craftsmanship and the customer service team were easy to contact which was great. I can recommend them for sure.

Just had a new front door and surround . Beautiful result, clean and tidy, the fitter got around a few problems found in a 60's bungalow. I keep going outside to look at the blue door it really is beautiful

Just had my Front and side doors installed, quality of doors are excellent,very sturdy and locks are very secure. The fitting was done to a high standard and no mess left at all. From start to finish WYW have been fantastic and would highly recommend.

Great new door and great total experience
We recently needed a new rear door and frame to replace a 40 year old wooden door that had seen better days, and WYW met all our requirements from quote to install.
Our initial email enquiry led to a phone call the next day and a home visit a few days later to provide a quote and show us samples. No pushy salesman, good price, great quality product, and a showroom visit confirmed our order.
Throughout the whole process we were kept informed, thanks to Keely whose help was greatly appreciated, and the install went ahead on the planned date, taking just an afternoon. All Fitters were very polite , professional, and tidy, clearing all rubbish away including the old door and frame, informing us of progress and what had been done at each stage.
Once the installation was complete and final payment made, the support documents were quickly sent to us, and customer services have been in touch to ensure we are totally happy- which we are.
Overall, we have had a great experience with WYW and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others- nothing was too much trouble and I found all the people that we engaged with to be very polite, professional, and generally nice.
We love the new door, its auto-engaging security features, and the enhanced locking system. Just using it tells you it is well constructed and built to last, and we feel totally secure with it.

Our conservatory was fitted some time…
Our conservatory was fitted some time ago by West Yorkshire Windows and the door had developed a problem. From the moment Dawn took the call I knew we were in safe hands to get things sorted. An appointment was made to suit us, Richard turned up on time and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently so now we can use the door with ease again. As usually everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional and ensured our problem was quickly resolved.

We contacted Dawn at customer services, she is always efficient and friendly. She arranged for a service engineer to call at a convenient time for us. Roy the service engineer sorted out the problems he was very friendly and cleaned up after his self.
