I cant praise Wickes and their staff enough, went above and beyond with their community focused donation. Their donation will go a long way to supporting Kingswood Day Centre, thanks again from all staff and services users, your generousity has been immense

My tin of paint arrived burst. Opened the box and paint poured all over me. I sent them photos of the burst can and paint everywhere. Got a refund for tin, had to ask for five pound delivery refund because I wasn’t offered it. Ruined all my clothes, they said they wouldn’t compensate me for that. Really bad service. Won’t be buying from them ever again. AVOID

Although we didnt go ahead with the kitchen, the time, design and process taken by Aditi Joshi was fantastic.

She is obviously very skilled at what she does and was incredibly patient with me and all the changes I asked for.

I wouldnt hesitate to advise to use her services at Wicks.

Design process and payment was faultless. The delivery services to, (what i have now found aberdeen to be classed as by wickes) a remote area. The deliveries, apart from the wickes delivery, never came when the emails stated. We were advised of kerbside deliveries with items weighing 75kg. We were advised to reserve enough parking for the deliveries. The wickes delivery parked on a disabled bay to unload and annoyed the driver who couldn't get parked. The store team forgot to order the flooring. Came just in time for the job to be finished. The fitting team was great. This is now the 3rd week after the installation and the waste hasn't been collected with wickes blaming the fitter. All in all, have made 11 calls to wickes customer support. Every time it's a different story to the last call and very different to the emails. I would advise anyone thinking about a wickes bathroom install to think about spending there money elsewhere.

Manager has never tried to help for the problems we have had,put it down to poor training or incompetent staff who cannot even measure door width

I've just visited the Westhill Aberdeen store to receive the worst customer service attitude I've had in a while.
Stroppy older women was rude, rolled her eyes and slouched off muttering to herself in a huff about my enquiry to exchange one bath screen cover for the correct sized one without a receipt.

Deputy store manager did try to gloss over her staffs rude behaviour but her approach wasn't much better.
Such a shame the stores let itself down because the young man we bought the items with the previous saturday couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.

I just wanted to thank Ashley in the kitchen design team, at Wickes in Westhill (Aberdeen) for designing the kitchen we have now had installed, it looks great !!
From our initial queries in the store, through planning, design and order placement, Ashley made the whole process so easy and effortless.
I must also mention how easy and straightforward the after sales service is, relating to both additional small orders and refunds. (Thanks to Donald & Ashley)
Although the kitchen order was supply only, the Wickes delivery team kept us advised / updated and everything went smoothly, delivered on the day requested and no issues.

Perfect customer service from sejal. needed help finding the product and help with lifting it into my car. Sejal 5 star customer service.

As this was my first visit to Wickes I was pleasantly surprised as to how nicely the store was laid out & the staff were just so helpful. I had a young man named Kieran who helped me with choosing new kitchen units & worktop , I can’t wait to c how it all looks when my joiner is finished , I will be recommending Wickes to our friends & I will be in for my paint soon .

Taylor & Andrea are the best!
I thought I got what I needed to install a new kitchen sink tap from the materials my plumber told me to get. Although there are still bits that are missing.
Nevertheless, I shall return to Wix Aberdeen to get this sorted.
Surely Taylor & Andrea will still give me smiles and great customer service!

Jill the shop assistant was amazing, I could not find the paint i wanted on the shop floor, so she went through the delivery and warehouse an found what I needed. Thank you Jill for your patience and help

Aditi did a great job of designing our bathroom and helping us through the many changes that we requested her to make as we finalised the design. A really good job and I would recommend her if someone is looking for a new bathroom or kitchen.

Ordered a new bathroom from wickes. Ashley made the whole experience very easy, as I wasn't sure what I wanted. Ashley took her time to show me all the different products on offer. Would 100% recommend Ashley if your looking for a new bathroom.
