I asked for some assistance and Guyo was very welcoming and showed me what i needed then he proceeded to set me up with a trade account saving me some money on the items i was buying. Very pleasant man. A credit to the Alton branch.

Guyo - excellent customer service
Guyo was extremely helpful when I couldn’t find the particular paint I wanted (as I’d run out during a job) - he checked stock to make sure there was none in the warehouse, then he took the time to mix some to get the colour I needed.

Helpful DIY purchase

I dragged my husband to wickes this morning as a woman on a mission. We were greeted in the store by several employees.Who were not only helpful but informative. I would like to say a huge thank you to Guyo who was the most friendly, patient helpful person, allowing me to be my usual chaotic self. Choosing and mixing paints. Helping us choose out various of different panelling, and the correct things we need to figure out our kitchen Reno. In a world where everything has become so technology based, online, or quick scan it was so nice to have real genuine customer service who gave us time to make decisions with real authenticity. What a great experience
