I visited the store to start my new kitchen project and Macheala was my contact in the store. Macheale has been amazing from the start of the project to the end. She really helped to design a kitchen that would work for the space I had, she replied to any queries or questions promptly, even on her day off. I would definitely recommend Macheala to anyone wanting a new bathroom or kitchen

Macheala was an amazing design consultant from start to finish. Always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream kitchen. Definitely recommend.

We visited Wickes Aylesbury in January for a kitchen design, everything was fine and we ordered the kitchen and a fitter was allocated to us who came and measured up and advised us of his timescale, we were looking at installation early April.
In Feb we were contacted by the worktop supplier to arrange delivery of the worktops, we wanted the kitchen delivered all together, phoned Wickes Customer Service who advised they would liaise with the worktop supplier to ensure the kitchen was delivered all together a few days before installation was due to start. However, the worktops were then delivered at the end of Feb, we spoke with Wickes to express our annoyance however as it was only a month until the kitchen was being fitted we made room in our garage to fit the worktops.
A fortnight before our kitchen was due to being installation we had a message from a different fitter to say he had been allocated our kitchen to do but could not complete until May at the earliest. We contacted the original fitter who advised Wickes had cancelled the kitchen out of the system and he had assumed we had cancelled and arranged other work instead. He advised us he would be unable to fit the kitchen until July if it was re-booked with himself.
Daily phone calls with Wickes Customer Service, who kept saying they were going to find a fitter to complete the kitchen on the original date planned. Eventually we got fed up waiting and cancelled the kitchen as it was obvious Wickes could not deliver. Wickes advised they could not refund us the money until the worktops had been collected but said they would liaise with the supplier to organise this.
Wickes then attempted to deliver the complete kitchen which we refused. Daily phone calls with Wickes again, being told the same thing, eventually we got fed up and called the worktops supplier ourselves who advised they had been requested to arrange collection but then Wickes had cancelled the collection. We arranged the collection again ourselves.
Despite cancelling the kitchen with Wickes over a month ago yet another phone call today from them attempting to arrange delivery of the kitchen in June. We still have not received our refund, every time we call the Aylesbury store our kitchen designer Martin points fingers at Wickes Head Office and visa versa. Absolutely livid at the time this has taken and still no resolution or money back, constant evasion tactics from Wickes and the worst customer service I've ever received.
DO NOT USE WICKES. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND STILL NO REFUND.

Staff with attitude and poor communication skills.
B&Q around the corner. A better place to shop.

I wanted a bathroom refit and the Design Consultant came to my home, then I had two further meetings in store to ensure I had what I needed. She was knowledgeable and professional and my new bathroom is now all booked in.

We’ve just had our bathroom renovated through Wickes and we’re so pleased with it. Chloe was amazing and really helpful with the design process and was always available for any questions we had along the way. The whole process was easy and smooth and better than we could have imagined. Thanks to Chloe and the team!

Chloe was amazing from the beginning to the end of my kitchen journey. I was so happy to have a woman who understood my need for storage,style and family life. Chloe was professional the whole time, easy to get hold of, gave suggestions when needed and even came out to our property to check it was being fitted correctly. Very helpful, Martin designed our kitchen and answered all our questions, very knowledgeable.

Very friendly but professional design consultant Katrina. She was honest and helpful with ideas about how we can refurbish our en-suite but within a sensible budget. I look forward to seeing her design of what is possible when we meet again in few days.

I am a pensioner and I required a slab for my garden.a member of your staff ( Charlie) carried it from your building yard to the till.he then offered to carry it to my car.what a polite and helpful lad you have in your employ.make sure you don’t loose him.

Chloe the kitchen designer was very professional and helped me towards my goal of a dream kitchen.
John the kitchen installer ensured that the kitchen was exactly to my liking and in line with the design.
The attention to detail was excellent. He had a dedicated team of a plumber, electrician and plasterers. Their standard of competence was very good.
I would recommend Chloe and John as your first choice for kitchen designing and installation.
I am sure there will be many more kitchens designed and installed to a high standard.

Macheala was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable and not “pushy”. She listened well and helped us to create a great kitchen design. We would highly recommend her service!

Very impressed with Wickes Aylesbury's Kitchen & Bathroom Section. We dealt with Chloe Folds ( Design Consultant ) and found her to be very efficient at getting our new kitchen dreams off to a flying start. Very friendly and knowledgeable and went through all the details professionally.

We purchased fences, buckets and Screws etc. Neve was so helpful, Professional and patient and even joked around with us as my friend was messing around asking if they sold cherry tomatoes at wickes. Amazing customer service, would go back just for her customer service. P.s. she deserves a pay rise !!!

Chloe, from the Bathroom Design team, was very helpful and accommodating with my requests. I have ended up with the perfect bathroom. Very helpful and lovely to work with.

Katrina in the kitchen department did wonderful job helping us plan and design our large house renovation project. We ordered a complete Sofia kitchen in pewter and we chose Tiverton, Pebble for our pantry, boot room and mud room.
We are absolutely delighted with our choices and everyone who comes to see our house says how nice everything looks.
Katrina has been an absolute delight to work with, very helpful and charming and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone who was looking to buy a new kitchen.

Macheala Slatter, the design consultant was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she had great expertise and knowledge of all the products and was a delight to talk to. I would like to thank her very much and it was a pleasure to meet her her. Well done Wicked.
