Went into Baguley store with my friend…
Went into Baguley store with my friend for a small item. Ike was serving on the till, what a pleasant chap. Great banter & service with a big smile. Just wish more people in retail had his attitude. Made our visit worthwhile.

Great as ever, served by Ike today very pleasant guy. I found a box of screws left in a trolley outside and handed them in. We had a brief chat about what goes on when you do the right thing.

Returning an item
I had to do an in-store return after buying online. I thought this might have been an issue but it was totally hassle free. Thanks to the staff who served me (Ike and Sam) who were both really helpful.

Only a short visit
Only a short visit, carrying out some returns and buying new stock, but Ike was a pleasure, funny, pleasant and engaging.

Keeley was extremely helpful
Keeley was extremely helpful, informative, kind & professional. She put aside the tins of paint I required as they were low on stock & advised me which was the best type for my project. I would definitely recommend Wickes & especially Keeley for her outstanding customer service. Thank you.

New shower room
Called on the off-chance to Baguley to speak to someone about replacing our bathroom at Baguley. Had been recommended designer Hayley by a relative and she couldn't have been more helpful from designing our bathroom/shower room and keeping in touch until work completed which we are really pleased with.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. The Baguley store had no one on the kitchen section on three successive occasions I visited. Asked the customer service desk for advice who told me to book an appointment on line even though I only wanted a new splash back not a full kitchen. To cut a long story short, my appointment was cancelled and I was told they don’t fit splash backs!! Howden’s or me
