Zoe at Bedford Wickes could not have been more helpful, she solved a problem I had with arranging a delivery. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.

Bedford store. Dawn was very helpful and chatty.
When asked for location of spindles for balustrades, one assistant looked blank - had never heard of the word!

i went to wicks to find some paint and thanks to Dawn i was able to find what i was looking for in the massive selection of paint they had.

Further to a visit at Wicks Bedford, it was great to young staff members went out of there way to help me it was a breath of fresh air, consider the heat today I always believe this starts at management keep up the good work.

I met a very professional guy who spoke to me about the telescope ladder and how good it is to work with.

I went into your Bedford store this morning, Zoe couldn’t of been more helpful, I’m not tech savvy what so ever & she was very patient with me & explain what to do, however me not being tech savvy Zoe took the time to do it all for me.

Had an issue ordering 10 internal doors. Danny came to help me and he was fantastic.
Even though I landed up not being able to get the doors I need, Danny took the time and tried to sort it for me for a good half hour.
Can you please pass on my thanks to this young man, his customer service skills are very good indeed.

Visited your store in Bedford twice today. Your customer service was really great. Your staff helped us a lot and the ladies at the till were really helpful. I regularly use the Wickes branch, Bedford and spend a fair amount of money in store. On this occasion sales assistant Zoe recognised me and asked for my Trade Pro Account which I didn’t have.
Zoe immediately called for another member of staff to help with other customers whilst she set me up with a Trade Pro Account.
Many thanks to Zoe at the Bedford store. Time to saving a few quid. Happy days.

It’s quite rare in large hardware outlets to find such a unified team. I’ve always found the Bedford staff to be aware of your needs, especially if a hand is required when loading 8×4 sheet materials or bags of cement.
I speak from experience, having worked as a carpenter for over 40 years.
Please, Mr Wicks, cherish this team—you’re privileged to have them(they are rare)
