I requested Zak at Milton Keynes Bletchley store for assistance and he left what he was doing and helped me
He was so professional and helpful specially i have disabilities
Absolutely brilliant customer service

Just visited the Bletchley store in Milton Keynes and purchased two heavy bathroom items. Couldn't possibly lift them on my own and asked a very nice young chap by the name of Zak, who promptly loaded them up on to my pick-up truck for me with a big smile and said that he wanted a truck just like that. Anyone got a reasonable truck for this nice fella, he would be delighted

Came in today for some paint and advice. Zak served me and was very helpful giving advice and mixing some bathroom paints for me. Also opened an account too. Very professional staff pleasure to do business. Great work Zak thanks .

We were buying garden trellis and Brad greeted us, asked if he could help and then did exactly that. He had good product knowledge, helped to get what we required and to inspect it for quality. We didn’t get what we needed in the end and he then checked the larger store in MK for us. He was absolutely charming and a credit to Wickes - he deserves promotion!

I had a great customer experience with Luka. He was very professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. He listened carefully to my needs and provided helpful guidance, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Wickes is my favourite DIY store especially the online ordering and delivery service... today we went to the bletchley store where Zak mixed paint for us and gave some advice, excellent service... :-)

We were buying tiles yesterday (28th Feb) and struggled as some out of stock. Maddie stepped in, was really helpful and went the extra mile, even helping us load the tiles into the car in the absolute pouring rain. She’s a credit to the business

Hello my review is about a worker that I met in wickes Bletchley that's I call my Angel 😇 is name is Brad. I didn't know anything about what I wanted, he come to me ans asked me if I need any help and I said yes and he advised me, help with everything thank that needed with a smile on he face, I can never forget that day. I ordered a bathroom in store from Oli who was really helpful. Everything turned up on time and it now looks great.

We’re currently renovating our house and I’m doing all of the material runs for the workmen. I’m also heavily pregnant. The staff in the Bletchley branch are always helpful if I’m not sure if I’m getting the right thing or don’t know where to look etc. A couple of times when I’ve had bigger items they’ve helped me to carry it out to the car. Zak helped me last time finding what I needed and carried some to the car for me. I’ve also had help from a couple of others with this but can’t remember their names, sorry! Appreciate the service in this branch

Ben from the Bletchley branch was super helpful today, friendly and professional. The store only had one of the items i wanted, however Ben helped me to choose a suitable alternative which worked out better and cheaper. Thanks Ben!

I applied for the Wickes Community Fund and was successful. Toby dealt with my enquiries throughout the process. When I arrived to collect the items they had been very kindly picked for me and loaded onto a trolley at the front of the store. I was offered help to load my car and all staff members I spoke to were very polite and helpful.

I have reccomended Wickes Bletchley to other colleagues and staff members.

My experience was great I was looking for loads of things around the store and they were all very helpful especially Zak as he was running back and fourth and really deserves a praise.
