Such a friendly experience…
Pavneet at Brentwood store was so helpful when I asked for stock availability on a product and guided me to the correct aisle. During me purchasing the same item, she was very bubbly and polite and generally just a very pleasant young lady. Thank you for being so helpful and friendly.

We were after a refit on our en suite…
We were after a refit on our en suite bathroom and contacted Wickes. Their consultant bathroom surveyor Navdeep Bhandal answered and arranged a visit. He came when he said and we visited the shop the next day where we got an estimate which was handled really well. To put in context other bathroom shops had messed us about for estimate so this was a good start. No heavy selling just a really good customer service approach to our estimate. We did not sign straight away and thought it through and decided to try wickes. The fitter came Arlo and the installation went good. Wickes sent out a surveyor on first day to check everything on site which was a nice approach. Customer service at wickes contacted me on the first day and also checked was i happy with everything so far which i was. At the end of the Job Navdeep Wickes surveyor asked if he could visit and checked to see if everything was okay which it was. Large companies can be tricky but Naveep at the Brentwood branch and the fitter Arlo and his team done a first class job.

Good customer service from Parneet polite and added some humour as well. Makes a change from soulless self scan in other shops.

We had Navdeep from Wickes in Brentwood…
We had Navdeep from Wickes in Brentwood as our design consultant for our new kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about Nav he explained everything in detail & made suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of. In addition he was polite, courteous & very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Wickes.
