Wickes - Bridgend Opiniones 

Two staff at point of sale were super helpful today, particularly Gwen who opened my tradepro account. Prices on lots of items were already cheaper the competition before we get trade discount.

A lady called Gwen was at the checkout in Bridgend and she couldn't have been more helpful. I was buying the wrong saw for the job I was doing and she directed me towards the right one without making me feel stupid. Enormously helpful.

My first experience buying a kitchen and I was a bit apprehensive. Then I spoke to Colin, my kitchen designer. He was absolutely wonderful and easy to talk to. With a fairly small budget which he understood he made me fill like I had a large budget. The process was very easy and kitchen was good quality. Thanks wicks and especially Colin.

The team couldn't do enough for us. Ordering the exact item we needed and service with a Happy positive attitude. We love coming to your Bridgend branch.

I wanted to update my kitchen as its so outdated. Jade came to look at it and we had a good chat about my requirements. Needless to say when I came for the review I was nearly blown away, there's nothing Jade doesn't include and how she navigated and changed things was awesome. If only the price had been right and that meant I'd have to go for a lower spec kitchen I'd have gone with Wickes. So it was because of the quality and price not the brilliant service from Jade. Thanks Jade , Wickes have an awesome member of their team in Bridgend

Dylan R was extremely helpful, respectful and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond.

I was struggling to find the door handles I wanted. Kerry was super helpful in helping me and explained to me the parts I’d also need which I wouldn’t have known to buy also. Great experience very helpful staff. Thanks Kerry!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, they're always happy to go the extra mile for you. Bridgend is my local Wickes, one member of staff "Laura" is a credit to her team and management. Her politeness, enthusiasm and professionalism for the job and to her customers is very energetic.

I’m sorry that I cannot recommend 0 stars. Colin in Bridgend, the person responsible for bathroom and kitchen fittings, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive during our appointment. He could not work around his agenda despite us trying to explain several times what we were looking for. He spoke over us and refused to listen. He cut the session short and would not engage further in the design appointment as he felt that he was not going to get a sale from us, which was completely incorrect as we have two bathrooms in need of updating. In the interest of transparency we did state that we had a design appointment elsewhere and I think this was not what Colin wanted to hear. He repeatedly said that we were wasting his time and he would not be able to help us within our hour time slot, which was allocated to us via the online booking system, not something that we requested ourselves. The only persons whose time was wasted was ours, as we travelled over 30 minutes to get there to treated so poorly. We were extremely upset leaving and made a complaint to the store manager as a result. I never leave negative reviews, however I feel very strongly that anyone who is considering Wickes Bridgend, specifically Colin as your designer, needs to be prepared to met with dismissive, arrogant and rude behaviour.

Fantastic service ,1st class ,Ciaran was the most helpful polite employee, will definitely visit Wicks again ,sadly there are not too many helpful staff in big shops these days

Had a great visit to my local Wickes. Needed some PIR insulation and an insulation saw to go with it. Kirsten took the time to show me the available saws, and talk me through the ordering and delivery process. Well, in fact, she did everything. Friendly and very helpful!

Colin MC queen made my purchase of a new kitchen so enjoyable. He went out of his way to explain what would be the best option. And so so friendly. Nothing was to much for him . As IAM 70yrs old I was not looking forward to selecting the kitchen but as I say help all the way through. Wicks want to count themselves lucky to have a salesman of his quality working for them. I visited the store recently looking for some new tiles for my kitchen, after looking online and seeing a few designs I liked, I popped into the store and I was surprised to see such a well stocked range of tiles, the store was in great shape and neat and tidy unlike many other diy stores. Upon finding the tiles I wanted a member of staff who I believe was called Dylan R come over to help me put the tiles in the trolley and assisted me to the checkouts as he could see that I was struggling to do it myself. This kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and I wanted to express my gratitude to himself and the store members who were all so polite and helpful. Overall a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Bought floor Tiles today in Wickes Bridgend, some in store and ordered more online in store, the lovely Scott who put tiles on the trolley realised I had ordered too much for what I needed. Thank you Scott! Laura was quickly informed who took the order, & both Laura & Nathan quickly dealt with my mistake immediately ensuring a stopped order and refund was achieved straight away. Another colleague Kirsten dealt with the new order efficiently. Scott helped transport the tiles to my car to load. Nothing was too much trouble for these employees who I am very grateful to! Thank you again, I would highly recommend this service!

Met Scott .R today who kindly helped me with my latest project. He was patient and gave great advice which was greatly appreciated.

Dylan was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase, nothing was too much trouble. I had spoken to him on the telephone on Monday evening, and asked for him to serve me when I went into the store on Tuesday. Thanks very much
