Lady at till was very helpful Young man Useless not trained.
Lady at till was very helpful, all was going quite well until I asked a young man if he wanted to take my money. Totally impolite, job apathetic and obviously not Trained. Does not understand WHO pays his wages.
Unfortunately Bridgwater has a hold on such general builders supplies wood etc, so I cant really go elsewhere. Have to suffer their unstable unreliable friendly helpful approach. NO thank you for your business - NOTHING.

All great - Andy at the Bridgwater branch was very knowledgeable and helped through the process including swapping out elements mid-install with other options. Always available and quick to respond.

This review is ONLY for Andy at the Bridgwater store, not Wickes customer experience centre. We had numerous problems with our bathroom installation with zero help or communication from our designated "co ordinator" at the customer centre, (there is another review further down with all that went wrong). Not having anywhere else to turn, we contacted our designer from the Bridgwater store, Andy. It wasn't actually his job or responsibility to help us but he did so with no hesitation. Andy is fabulous and sorted everything for us, without him I would have gone insane. He is a real credit to the company and maybe the "customer experience centre" could learn a few lessons from him.

Design Consultant, Andrew Watkins
Our Design Consultant is Andrew Watkins and because of the service we received from him for our bathroom we have also purchased a kitchen through him. He has had infinite patience with us and nothing has been too much trouble for him to make sure that we are 100% happy with the choices we have made. He has gently guided us through our purchases and answered our subsequent queries usually the same day, when he can. Because of his service we have had confidence in our purchases and they have been the enjoyable experiences they should be. Thank you Andy, you are brilliant.

Kitchen installation went well
Our kitchen installation with Wickes went well and Andy, from Bridgwater was attentive. Our installation was finished to a high standard and any queries were assisted with. The communication during the process was a bit lacking and didn't always follow the plan given. There was a lot of bad press before our installation, but I'm pleased to say that our experience was good overall.
