We thought you could use Clearpay in store but turns out this was online only. Rachel had lots of patience with us, put the order through on my phone for me so we could compete the order. Visited yesterday to buy flooring and the service we received was brilliant. Morgan was lovely and helped to put it in the car, and Jaqui was also amazing, with helping to deal with a cancellation of an order and to put the flooring on the trolley and also which underlay to buy, there were also 2 other members of staff which were friendly and helpful. But unfortunately we didn’t catch their names. Well done Wickes!

She helped find what I was looking for, opened a palette that had just come in to get what I needed and also looked up whether another item was available in store & discussed delivery options! Sian knew where everything was, nothing was too much and she was very informative … but most of all super friendly, helpful and made the shopping experience a lot easier.. just what I needed whilst shopping with my baby!
