Wickes - Cheltenham Opiniones 

Had a quantity of compost and slabs delivered , we live some distance from the store , The delivery charge was only £4 , The driver, Stephen , was really helpful taking the compost through the house into the garden . Very good service.

Had a really good experience recently when picking up some decorating supplies. I wasn’t feeling 100% and Shannon very kindly helped me sort out the trade card I had struggled to sort out for ages then even more kindly helped me carry my items to the van without me even asking for help.
She was absolutely great and made my visit when feeling less than brilliant a delightful experience. 10/10 for Shannon.

Dawn was very helpful and gave great service at checkout.

I was in wickes this morning buying some tile samples. Dawn on the tills was very helpful in retrieving the missing barcodes and providing details on the sale. Thanks for your help.

At Wickes we were helped by a very friendly lady called Caitlin. Simon, Costa and Max from the Red Dragon team did a great job. They were very friendly and helped when I had any questions. Our new bathroom looks fantastic.

Dawn the Lady on the till was very helpful,and just had a lovely demeanour. However filling in the survey was unnecessarily complicated. I don't want to sign in. I nearly gave up but promised Dawn I would do the survey

I was trying to find a specific item, a square metal bar and after wandering the aisles for a while I asked Shannon and she was very helpful in locating the item I needed

I was helped by ‘Ben’ on the checkout … he knew the aisle I needed for the protective gloves I was trying to find & was very polite & helpful with advice on which I should go for.

I was struggling to find what I needed and so I approached one of the staff called Michael and he was able to give sufficient advice and supported me to get heavy goods into my car. I prefer going to this Wickes as the customer service here is wonderful!

Recently bought some bags of sand and later realised I needed to change them for a more expensive type. However I never bothered with a paper receipt for the original purchase. Although I could prove I had bought the initial bags from them , the guy in charge refused to give me the small refund offset against the latest bill. I don’t blame him if that’s there policy but not a good policy. So be warned - always have a paper receipt!

Very helpful & polite colleague help me with my shopping needs . Mikey on his name badge was dealing with another customer but politely told me he be with me straight way after. It was really busy instore at the time so I could tell staff members where up against it , I had lots of questions but he didn’t seem bothered at all and help me best he could and then offered assistance to the car .

Aidyn was very helpful a couple of days ago on a busy Saturday morning. He answered my questions and helped me without a sense of impatience or being rushed despite other customers behind me. A nice experience.

Rahat Ovee came to measure up my kitchen. What a knowledgeable young man he was. He listened to what I wanted and gave his professional opinion which was valuable. He sent me through the design enabling me to view it before I met him at the show room a few days later. He kindly took time to talk through the products and answered any questions I had.
If the rest of the service i get from Wickes is as good as Rahat has given so far, I will be a very happy customer
