Wickes - Dewsbury Opiniones 

I was served by ammanarah at your dewsbury store today, who was very helpful, I have been served by her before and always found her to be very polite and helpful,

Last week, I visited to buy some things and arrange delivery of bigger items also purchased. The two young ladies who assisted me in Dewsbury store were Shelby and Natasha. They offered assistance with getting me a trolley, loading my mortar and also with helping me purchase the right wood that I needed and finding things on line which were not available instore. I can say their customer service was outstanding. I much prefer shopping in person and dealing with people as opposed to buying online. The delivery of the goods arrived yesterday, as arranged, and the tracking system kept me up todate so I did not need to hang around waiting in a huge time frame. The two separate delivery men were curteous and very helpful also. Excellent service all round!

Tasha was so helpful at loading sand into my car and helping me with everything. Kind and supportive!

Over a period of time we have been constructing a shed/hut in our back garden. Constantly making trips to Wickes at Dewsbury or ordering items (too big to fit in the car) for delivery. Throughout this period I have mainly been served by 'Ammaarah' one of the checkout girls, who has been very helpful throughout. Well done to one and all. Good quality gear. Helpful delivery man too.

Really helpful staff helped me re set up my business account saved me a few quid and also got free labour.. helped load my van thanks Ammaarah and Dan ..Bob from Coretech diamond services

Fantastic service I did a click and collect within 30 mins got there beforehand still bet the time scale.

Just visited Dewsbury store for a Reciprocating saw and was helped by Ammaarah an Laura, they couldn't do enough for us they made our visit so enjoyable an pleasurable. Unfortunately Dewsbury store didn't have all what we wanted but the two staff arranged for us to collect the rest of our stuff from another store. Fantastic customer service and a credit to Wickers. Went in today to get a new shower hose and a wrench to install it. Fern was very helpful and friendly! She is a credit to the business! Thank you for being so lovely!

I've started a new project to decorate every room in my home (I know :o ) Mat and Dan at the Dewsbury store were brilliant. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Helpful in particular in helping me to choose the right tools and products for what I needed. Highly recommended, thank you.
