I popped in today to buy a simple light bulb.
Wrong!
I had no clue because nothing looked like the bulb that I had in my hand.
I went back to the checkout to seek some advice.
David came to rescue this damsel and her bulb dilemma.
He was so nice, very knowledgeable and chatty.
I would like to commend him on his attitude and congratulate Wickes on hiring someone who is a great ambassador for the company.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic
Nikki was absolutely fantastic, exactly how customer service should be. She interacted with my 5 year old when mixing paint colours and was so nice to see.

Marius came out to the house to measure and discuss the bathroom. He listened to all the things I did and didn’t want. 2 days later we met him in the store for the design and quote. We agreed completely with all the products he had chosen. It was a stress free experience and we ordered our bathroom that afternoon

Excellent service
Easy to order wood online. Had plenty of stock. Pick up took 1 minute! And Nicki at the Dunfermline store helped load wood into van. Excellent service.

Popped in to buy some Dulux paint. Kinga came to help me and was most knowledgeable and helpful. She mixed my choice of paint and suggested I try the insert trays - they are fab!!

Purchased paint supplies from local store, Nikki was brilliant at matching a colour which she mixed in the Dulux Heritage range that my wife had selected. Highly knowledgeable is an understatement, explained the difference in the paint types and their benefits. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Nikki and Wickes for all things paint.
